About Lauretta Siggers

Lauretta Siggers, Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Development, joined Cambridge College in 2013. She has over 20 years of experience in leadership and over 30 years of diverse Human Resources and Talent Development experience. Lauretta is a subject matter expert in the areas of HR compliance and best practices, HR and operational infrastructure, training and development, policy and procedure development.

Prior to joining Cambridge College, Lauretta served as Regional Chief Operating Officer/Interim Chief Executive Officer for the American Red Cross of Eastern Massachusetts, one of the nation’s largest Red Cross units. She provided leadership, fundraising efforts, and overall management of the Eastern Massachusetts Region. Lauretta also served as National Human Resources Officer for Building Educated Leaders for Life (BELL), providing leadership, business development, and strategic plans to increase and grow revenue for the organization. Lauretta began her career in human resources and administration at several large for-profit companies such as Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Ernst & Young, Bain and Company, and Fidelity Investments.

Lauretta has served on several non-profit boards and currently serves as the Vice Chair/Chief Learning Officer for International Association for Human Resources Information Management (IHRIM), Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Women’s Advisory Council, Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts Women’s Advisory Network, and as Secretary of the Board for Garden of Eden and Associates, LLC.

Lauretta completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Phoenix in Business Management. She received an Advanced Certificate in Human Resources Management from Bentley University and graduated with an MBA from Cambridge College.
