1.     Complete your Financial Aid Application

(Domestic Students Only). To be eligible for federal financial aid, you must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident and an officially Accepted student. Please complete your FAFSA and submit all required supporting documentation as soon as possible. Learn about financial aid and apply

2.     Obtain your student PIN Number

Your PIN number is needed to access the MYCC Online Portal. Obtain your PIN here.  

3.     Contact your admissions counselor for registration instructions*

 

4.     Attend Orientation

Choose either Saturday, August 26, at 11AM, or Wednesday, August 30 at 6PM. Please RSVP to Dina Morris 413-747-0204 x6623. Student ID photos will be taken during orientation.  For additional information, download Orientation Booklet.

5.     Submit a health insurance waiver, if applicable.

This applies to ALL students attending a location in Massachusetts.  Undergraduate students taking 9 or more credits or Graduate students taking 6 or more credits will be assessed the health insurance charge on their accounts.  Students who do not require the College's health plan must submit a waiver through Gallagher Koster. 6.     Get assistance with payment plans and student billing, if needed

 

7.      Contact Disability Services for assistance, if needed

 

8.     Parking is available for students in Cambridge College Tower Square Parking Garage  

The fee is $100 per semester which is added to your business statement. Should you choose to opt out of parking in the garage, you must complete a parking waiver (available at the front desk) no later than September 18.

9.     Tutors are available if needed

Both writing and math tutors are available for no additional cost at the Springfield Regional Center.  Simply sign up at the front desk for an appointment.

10.   Access the Information Technology Welcome Package

You'll find information on MYCC, student email and Login Access. 

 

*Additional Steps for International Students

 

1.     Obtain your I-20, if you are an F1 International Student

All international students wishing to obtain, maintain, or regain Active F1 status through matriculation in a Cambridge College program of study must receive a Cambridge College I-20 prior to registering for classes. Upon acceptance, you should receive an email from the International Office detailing your next steps for receiving your I-20. Note: You will not be able to register for classes until your I-20 has been processed.

 

2.     Complete the Online New International Student Check-In session

At the start of the first term of study, all new F1 international students are required to complete the online New International Student Check-In session, where you will learn all of the rules and regulations surrounding maintaining Active F1 status, and about the culture and expectations of the U.S. classroom.
