Cambridge College School of Management Fall Colloquium panel

Cambridge College’s School of Management held its Fall Colloquium, "Models of Entrepreneurship and Social Entrepreneurship," on December 10, 2013 at the 1000 Massachusetts Ave location.  Over 160 guests were in attendance and Gerald Chertavian, Founder and CEO of YearUp, and former member of the College's Board of Trustees served as the keynote speaker.

A passionate advocate dedicated to closing the opportunity divide that exists in our nation, Mr. Chertavian was determined to make his vision a reality and founded Year Up in 2000 by combining his entrepreneurial skills with his passion for working with urban young adults to create social change.

Invited panelists were moderated by Professor Joseph Reed and included four Cambridge College School of Management alumnae who shared their personal insight and professional experiences on social entrepreneurship and business ownership. The event concluded with a student Q & A session and closing remarks by the School of Management’s Acting Dean, Mary Ann Joseph.  See a clip of this event below or visit our facebook page to see more pictures.
