2020 Graduates: Photos, Preparations and Details

Diplomas

  • Diplomas for August 2019 and January 2020 graduates were mailed to students who did not have a financial hold at the time of mailing.
  • If you have since paid your bill and you do not see the financial hold on your account, please send an email to registrar@cambridgecollege.edu, and explain that you have met your financial obligation, and would like your diploma.
  • We are in the process of mailing June 2020 diplomas. August 2020 diplomas will be mailed within three months of the conferral date. All diplomas are mailed via USPS.

 

Anticipated August Graduates

Please note that as an anticipated August 2020 graduate, your name will be called and published in the booklet only if you meet your degree requirements by the August 31st degree conferral date. There will be no “March Only” participants for this virtual ceremony. Please check your Cambridge College email for a status update during the academic clearance period of August 20th through August 31st.

 

Commencement Slideshow Photos

Submit your photo for the commencement slideshow! Deadline extended to September 9th.

Each ceremony will showcase graduates from their respective schools with their name, picture and degree. Graduates are asked to submit their own photo, as the College does not have student photos on file.

For inclusion, your color photo MUST be:

  • 300x300 pixels (minimum)
  • .jpg format
  • file name must be your Student ID# (not your name)

The photo submission is now closed.

Instructions: After saving your file according the correct specifications, click the orange button above to open the Google drive. Then drag your photo into the Google drive.

 

Regalia

  • Although regalia is not necessary for the virtual ceremony, many students have expressed a wish to order it to celebrate with their friends and family, or maybe you’d like to be wearing regalia in the photo that you submit for the virtual ceremony. 
  • Please note that regalia is purchased through Balfour, which is not a part of Cambridge College. 
  • If you wish to order regalia, you may do so through the link below. Their deadline to order is August 28th
